Abstract
This book seeks to facilitate discussions on the many crucial issues surrounding the problem of improving police productivity. It is intended to encourage a more focused dialogue among practitioners and scholars in public administration. This book focuses on issues such as productivity as a national concern, police accountability, productivity versus police unions, and police crime control.
